Excellence School Admission Form 2025 Class 9 MP School of Excellence Admission 2025-26 MPSOS Class 9 Application Form– मध्य प्रदेश उत्कृष्टता स्कूल: The Madhya Pradesh State Open School (MPSOS) have finally released the notification of the School of Excellence (SOE) and School of Model (SOM) Entrance Test 2025. The entrance test is known for providing admissions to Class 9th of schools operating in Madhya Pradesh.
School of Excellence Admission 2025 Application Form
The application form for the School of Excellence (SOE) and School of Model (SOM) has now been released on the online portal of the state. MPPEB SOE/ SOM Application Form is available till 20th January 2025 (Expected). Please note that no application forms will be entertained now as the last date of submission has passed.
Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 100 is charged to the students of General/ SC/ ST/ OBC categories for appearing in the School of Excellence/ School of Model Entrance Test 2025. This fee can be paid online at the portal also. There will be 20 Rs will be charged for editing of the online form.
MP School of Excellence Admission Eligibility Criteria
The students applying for the MPSOS SOE/ SOM Entrance Examination must re-ensure their eligibility before applying for the exam. If found not eligible at a later stage, strict action will be taken against the student. The eligibility criteria of the SOE/ SOM Entrance Examination are as follows.
The student must-
- Have passed the Class 8th from a school which is recognized by the government of Madhya Pradesh and have scored at least 33% marks.
- Must have to be 13-15 years of age as of 1st July of the admission year.

MP School of Excellence Entrance Exam Pattern
The medium of the SOE/ SOM Entrance Test will be English and Hindi. The exam will be of 2 Hours in duration. There is no negative marking in the examination. The students will be awarded zero marks for each wrong answer. Detailed MPSOS SOE/ SOM Exam Pattern is given below:
