Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is offering scholarships under the IOCL Educational Scholarship Scheme. IOCL Scholarship is offered on merit-cum-means basis to students pursuing 10+, ITI, Engineering, MBBS and MBA streams. Indian Oil Scholarship 2025 has now gained popularity and is preferred by students who wish to pursue higher education in their selected field without any difficulties. A total of 2600 scholarships will be offered by IOCL Scholarship. We want to inform you that IOCL Scholarship Online Application Form will be available in the month of September /October for 2025-26. We will update here a link through which you can apply for Indian Oil Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing full time/regular courses (not correspondence/ distance/ online mode) in these streams and studying in schools/colleges/institutions recognized by MCI/AICTE/State Education Board/State Technical Education Board/ICSE/ISC/CBSE are eligible to register at IOCL Scholarship 2025.
Stream-Wise Eligibility
- 10+/ITI: (For 10+): Bonafide students (full time/regular) in 11th standard/Ist year of Intermediate course or equivalent course are eligible to apply online for IOCL Scholarship. (For ITI): Bonafide students (full time/ regular) in the 11th standard/ 1st year of 2 years ITI course are eligible to apply.
- Engineering & MBBS: Bonafide students (full-time/regular) in the first year of Engineering/MBBS degree courses in 2025-26 (minimum 4 years duration course) are eligible to apply.
- MBA: Bonafide students (full time/regular) in the first year of a minimum 2 years post graduate course in Business Administration/Management in 2025-26 are eligible to apply. The marks obtained in the qualifying examination making students eligible to seek admission in the respective first year of these courses will be considered for selection. The minimum eligibility percentage of marks required from the students of various categories in the qualifying examination is given below under the table.
The percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination shall be calculated on the total aggregate marks of all subjects. In the case of graduates, percentage of marks obtained shall be calculated on the total aggregate of marks of all subjects for all the academic years of graduation.
Normalization of marks for all streams will be done by using the percentile method.
Career Guidance 10th 12th For Students || NCERT Scholarship Exams
The marks obtained in the qualifying examination making the students eligible to seek admission in the respective first year of these courses will be considered for selection. The minimum eligibility percentage of marks required for the students of various categories is given in the table below:

- Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age for IOCL Scholarship 2025 is 15 years and 20 years respectively. It is extendable by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 5 years for ST/SC candidates and by 10 years for Person with disabilities (PwDs) candidates.
- Annual Income: The student must belong to a family whose annual income is not greater than Rs. 1, 00,000. In case of a tie, family whose annual income is closer to Rs. 60,000 will be preferred. Income certificate should be issued from appropriate civil authorities of the State/UT/Central Government whose details have been specified under the head ‘Submission of Documents by Candidates’. Any affidavit submitted as Income proof shall not be accepted.
Reservation Criteria
49.5% scholarships are reserved i.e. SC (15%), ST (7.5%) & OBC (27%). Only those listed in the central Govt’s OBC list will be considered against the OBC quota. OBC candidates of State list but not covered by central govt’s OBC list may apply against the General Category. 25% of scholarships for girl students and 10% of scholarships for persons with disabilities (PwDs) (minimum 40% disability as per definition under disabilities Act 1952) are reserved in each category/ sub-categories.
Documents Required
All the candidates need to submit the documents along with the hard copy of the “Registered Online Application Form” duly signed for verification/ scrutiny. The details of the document/ forms etc. to be submitted by the candidate at the address given below. The details of documents to be submitted can be seen by the individual candidate at the bottom of the print out of their Registered Online Application Form.
In case if the details provided by the candidate on the online form are not matched with the documents then in that case the applications of the candidates will be rejected. The required document is sealed, and the cover should be sent by Speed Post or Registered Post at the address given below.

Bonus Prize
Those candidates who qualify in the merit list of the particular course (Top 10 in 10 + or Top 3 in graduate/ post-graduate) will get a lump sum Bonus prize of Rs. 10,000/-. Toppers will be invited at IOCL’s cost for receiving the amount.
