Last year the exams were to be started on 15th march and should have to be lasted for 17 days all the way up to 31st March.

Assam HSLC Exam Important Instructions
- In the morning shift and afternoon shift 5 minutes extra time will be allowed to read the question paper. The officer in charge will arrange the distribution of question papers.
- Modern Indian language (MIL): Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Bodo, Manipuri, Nepali, Khasi, Garo, Mizo, Hmar & Urdu. There will be a separate question paper for the subjects – Assamese, Bengali, Hindi & Urdu MIL for High Madrassa candidates having 50 marks and a time duration of 2(two) hours.
- Elective Language (Time 3 hours) and in lieu Languages (time 2 hours): There will be a common paper with groups A and B for each language VIZ – Assamese(E), Bengali(E), Hindi (E), Bono (E), Manipuri (E) and Santhali (E) irrespective of elective or lieu Language.
- Candidates offering elective subjects will have to appear in both the group A and B while In Lieu Language the candidates will have to appear in group A only, which will be treated as Assamese(L), Bengali(L), Hindi (L), Bono (L), Manipuri (L) and Santhali (IL) respectively.
- The Practical Examination will be held in the month of January 2023

Board Exam Preparation Tips
- Stick to the prescribed syllabus of the Assam HSC Board.

There were 4 lakh students that appeared for the exams in 2023. Assam 10th Routine 2023 can be obtained in the same way this year too.
