AP GPCET 2024 – Latest Updates Available Here

AP GPCET 2024 notification is about to be released for Vth class Admissions in APREIS/ MJPAPBCWREIS/ APTWREIS/ APTWREIS residential schools. Students who are seeking admission into the 5th class in AP Educational Institutions, they have to apply for APSWREIS Application Form on or before the Last week of Feb 2024.

AP GPCET 2024 Important Dates

Candidates who have applied for APSWRIES entrance test they will be called for entrance test as well as for further rounds of selections, as per below given tabular information. AP SGPCET Exam Date 2020 and other details are specified in below section.

Admissions will take place in following institutions :

1. BALAYOGI GURUKULAMS

(A.P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions)

Admission for V Class of (185) SW Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The institution-wise  seats available for boys & Girls are shown in Annexure-A

Eligibility Criteria:

a. SC / ST students should have born between 30.09.2010 to 30.09.2014.(Age proof to be enclosed)

b. OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 30.09.2012 to 30.09.2014.

c. During the year 2022-23 candidates must be studying 4th class in a Government school or in a school recognized by Govt .of A.P.

d. The parental income should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the Competent authority

e. The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only. The Native District of the candidate means the place where the student studied either in Class 3rd  or 4th  or both in schools recognized by Govt .of A.P. or native place as certified by the competent authority.

Reservation followed:

a. The reservation pattern in all Balayogi Gurukulamst will be SC-75%, SC Converted Christians -12%, ST-6%, BC-5% and others – 2%.

b). Spl.Categories:

1. 15% of seats in APSWR Schools in every caste group are reserved for the children who are withdrawn from Hazardous industries, bonded labour, Jogins, Basavins, Victims of Atrocities, Orphans due to natural calamities, Rape victims, Children of Armed Personnel.
2. 3% of total seats are reserved for Physically Challenged children.

 The left over vacancies in any category will be filled by SC Candidates as per merit.

 2. A.P. Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions

•  Admission in V Class of (31) TW Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
• The institution-wise seats available for Boys & Girls are shown in the Annexure-B

Eligibility Criteria:

a. SC/ST should have born between 31.09.2012 to 30.09.2016.

b. BC/OC Candidates should have born between 30.09.2014 to 30.09.2016.

c. During the year 2023-24 candidates must be studying 4th class in a Government school or in a school recognized by Govt. Of A.P.

d. The annual Income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.1, 00,000/- per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the competent authority.

e. The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only. The Native District of the candidate means the place where the student studied for a period of two years in Class 3rd & 4th. during 2020-21 & 2021-22 or native place as certified by the competent authority.

Reservation followed in APTWREIS SCHOOLS (GKLMS)

78% of seats reserved for ST community including PTGs, OC (2%), BC (5%), SC (12%), and AEQ (3%).

MJPAP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions:

• Admissions in V Class of (61) MJPAP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
• The institution-wise seats available for Boys & Girls are shown in the Annexure-C.

Reservation followed:

1. For BC Residential Schools:

 The reservation pattern will be EBC/OC-2%, BC-A -20%, BC-B -28%,  BC-C -3%, BC-D -19%, BC-E -4%, SC – 15%, ST-6%, orphans – 3%.

     2. For Fishermen Schools:

The reservation pattern will be EBC/OC-1%, BC-A -7%, BC-B -10%, BC-C -1%, BC-D -7%, BC-E -4%, SC – 15%, ST-6%, Orphans – 3%.   Children of FisherMen-46%

APSWREIS Application Form 2024

1. All the students who are seeking admission into class V in APSWR/ APTWR/ / MJPAPBCWR Institutions for the year 2024-25 should apply online through website_apcfss.in from any internet center (or) at help desk of any APSWR Institution / APTWR Institution / MJPAPBCWR Institution from Last week of Jan 2024.
2. The student should clearly mention the school in which he/she wants to join i.e., APSWR / APTWR / MJPAPBCWR while submitting the application.
3. There is no registration fee for submission of application.
4. The student should mention clearly the school opted in the on line application through online.
5. The candidates are responsible for any wrong entries made during the submission of applications through online. No corrections will be entertained/taken into consideration once Hall Tickets are generated and at the time of admission. The candidates may apply another application with correct information for generating Hall tickets.

Every year Andhra Pradesh invites applications from local residents to take admission in AP SGPCET and APSWREIS residential schools. Students who are interested to take up admission are required to apply for APSWREIS 5th Class Admission 2024 from the Last week of Jan. Students are called for registration on the basis of eligibility criteria. Below is the table of events that will be carried out while selecting candidates.

The applicants can take print out of hall ticket after submission of the application and the same has to be produced at the examination center for his/her personal identification.

Procedure of selection

• Admission will be given as per merit obtained in APGPCET (Common Entrance Test) 2024.
• District wise Merit List will be prepared separately for boys and girls.
• As per the option of the student, seat will be allotted as per the merit and school opted.
• The student may be opted more than one school as per choice.
• The Convener/Co-coordinator has right to reject the admission, if the candidate is found ineligible or the information furnished online application is found wrong.
• If same rank is secured by more than one candidate then priority will be given to the student of higher age. If the age is also found same, then priority will be given to the student with higher marks in Maths. If the age and Marks secured in Maths is also found same, then marks obtained in Environmental Science will be taken into consideration.

 Date of Admission test and other details

a. The test will be held 2nd week of March -2024 from 11.00 A.M. to 01.00 P.M. for maximum marks of 50

b. Admission test will be held in the subjects’ viz., Telugu, English, Mathematics and Environmental Science based on the State Syllabus of class IV of A.P. State Government.

c. The questions will be in objective type (Multiple Choice Questions) and will be in English/ Telugu Medium. Test will be conducted in the selected centers of the district.

d. The students may choose any one of the center as per their convenience in the State.

f. The scheme of APGPCET 2024 (Common Entrance Test) is mentioned as under:

Examination Timings: 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM – (2 Hrs).

Exam Pattern

•  The District-wise Admission Committee for APGPCET-2024 is mentioned at ANNEXURE-E. The candidates can also approach committee members of their districts for any information with regard to APGPCET-2024.

APSWREIS 5th Class Admission 2024- Apply

Students’ provisional selection will be drawn on the basis of the entrance test which will conduct on 2nd week of April 2024. And within few weeks provisionally selected candidates list is published officially. If any candidate is found to ineligible at APSWREIS 5th Class Admission 2024 then that candidate, the candidature will be cancelled out on the spot. Hence students are advised to fill the application form as per eligibility criteria. Since minor mistakes can throw you out of having this opportunity. Therefore upload the application form as soon as possible to avoid last minute hassles.

Students who are interested in applying are requested to go through the information bulletin. However, things to consider while applying for application.

Steps to do registration:

• Visit the official website of SGPCET
• Now click on “ SGPCET Application Form”
• Read the notification carefully
• Fill up all the required details
• Upload scanned photograph and your Signature
• And post a hard copy of it to the District Office ( If required)
• And keep one copy of application form with you for reference.

Note: There is no registration fee submission of application fee.

APSWREIS Selection Process 2024

• Students provisional selection will be done on the basis of merit in SGPCET Entrance test.
• Students are eligible to opt for more than one school as per performance.
• The respective convener has right to reject admission application if the candidate is found ineligible, at the time of selection.

AP SGPCET Syllabus 2024

• Though for ANDHRA PRADESH RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS there is no waste syllabus as such.
• APSWREIS 5th Class Syllabus for common entrance test will be up to IV class of Andhra Board.
