Submission: A printout/ hard-copy of the DPS Application Form is needed to be submitted along with the required documents at the school’s office on any working day between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

DPS Admission Eligibility Criteria

Parents must read and re-assure the eligibility of their children for admission in Delhi Public School Bhilai to avoid problems and disappointment at a later stage. The DPS Eligibility Criteria is given in the table below:

For Class Nursery
• The admission to Class Nursery will be granted following the criteria decided by the Management.
For Class IX
• Only students with a minimum CGPA of 9 or 85.5% in Class VIII Half-Yearly Exam.
For Class XI (Science Stream)
• Only students with a minimum grade A1 or 91% in English, Mathematics & Science.
• Only students with a minimum CGPA of 9.6 or 91.2% aggregate in five main subjects i.e. English, Second Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
For Class XI (Commerce Stream)
• Only students with a minimum grade A1 or 91% in English, Mathematics & Science.
• Only students with a minimum CGPA of 9.2 or 87.4% aggregate in five main subjects i.e. English, Second Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.

Delhi Public School Admission Procedure

The admission procedure of Delhi Public School Bhilai is based purely on merit. A student who has scored marks/ CGPA greater than or equal to the marks/ CGPA stated above is admitted in the school. For groups of applications received for a Class, a student who has the maximum marks/ CGPA will be selected first and so on until all the vacant seats are filled.

Note: For class IXth and XIth merit list will be prepared on the basis of admission test score.
