Online applications for National Open School are invited in two rounds from March to September for the current session and for the upcoming session in the month of September to March.

Students can pay the admission fee through below specified ways. Students can only pay the Online admission fee through one of the below-specified ways only.
- The fee can de directly deposited On-line through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
- Through Bank Draft of any nationalized bank only in favor of Secretary, NIOS payable at respective Regional Centers for NIOS
- If admission is done through Common Service Centers the fee could be paid via the Electronic Wallet of CSCs.
