The application form of 12th Class Board Exams of Jammu & Kashmir will be released online on the State Board’s official website in November 2018-19. However, it is mandatory for the students in 12th Class to fill the JKBOSE 12th Class Application Form. If a student fails to fill in the form, he/ she will not be allowed to sit in the exam.

• Select “Registration” from the top menu of the homepage.
• Now choose “division and class” link in the options.
• Click on “Class XII – Online Application Form” link.
• Fill in all the mandatory details carefully in the fields given.
• Hit the “Submit” button when done.
• Take a print out for future needs.
