Eligibility Criteria

For Online Registration Form, Age Criteria will be

How To Do Registration in Sainik School
There are total of 5 steps are involved in the Sainik School Entrance Exam Registration. The steps are as follows:
Online Registration:
- For the online registration candidate need to go at the official site of Sainik Schools Society i.e. aissee.nta.nic.in.
- While filling the online registration form candidate need to full-fill his/ her eligibility criteria.
- For those candidates who are applying for class VI and IX is required to carry recent testimonials, scanned photograph, signature, birth certificate, domicile certificate, and caste certificate.
- Fill whole the information carefully.
Upload of Photos (Photo, signature):
- It is mandatory for the candidates to upload their recent coloured passport size photograph and signature on the panel to complete the registration process successfully.
- Without uploading the photo and signature printing of the application form is not possible.
- The size of the photograph and signature must be less than 1 MB in size.
Online Payment:
- After successful registration, the candidates have to choose the payment option.
- Candidates can submit the admission fee online through the credit card, debit card, and net banking by using the online option.
Note: Once the payment is done successfully candidate can edit his application form within 72 hrs.
Document Upload:
- The documents which need to upload is a birth certificate, domicile certificate, caste certificate. The description of the document is given below under the table.

Print Form: After filling the application form, the candidate required to take the print out of it.
Application Fees
While filling the application form candidate need to submit the fee. The application fee varies as per the category of the candidate. The application fee is given below under the table.

Reservation
- Out of total seats, 15% of seats are reserved for SC and 7 ½ % seats reserved for ST candidates.
- Rest of the 67% of the seats will be reserved for boys from the state in which Sainik School is situated. Balance 33% leftover of seats will be thrown open to boys from other states and union territories in the ratio of their male population.
- If there is any seat left in this category then it is merged with home state seats in order of merit.
- 25% of seats are reserved for children of service personnel including Ex-servicemen.

Sainik School Merit List 2024
After the result is released a merit list is prepared by AISSEE. The admission to the school for classes VI and IX will be done on the basis of merit. The Sainik School Merit List for the admission would be compile on the basis of total marks and also the merit list will release district wise.
