- A student must be studying in CBSE/ ICSE/ State Board affiliated school in the previous academic session.
- For Class VI : Student must be born within 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2015.
- For Class IX : Student must be born within 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2012.
- Students must have passed Class V or VII during the previous academic year.
