FYJC Nagpur Admission Online 2019 – 20

The FYJC Online Admission Nagpur is expected to begin from June 2019. The online admission forms will be available on the website. It must be noted that FYJC Nagpur admission process is divided into two parts.

While filling the FYJC Admission Form Part I, you will be asked for basic details such as name, school name, school board, address for correspondence and reservation. However, FYJC Admission Form Part II deals with you SSC marks, your preferred FYJCs in Nagpur and stream selection.

How To Fill FYJC Nagpur Online Admission Form

The students are advised to go through the following simple steps so that while filling the admission form no difficulty is encountered:

  • First of all candidate need to purchase the information booklet from school/ guidance center.
  • Before filling the sample form read the instructions carefully.
  • A login ID and password is provided in the booklet. Note down it.
  • Visit the official site of FYJC and click on the student log in icon.
  • Change the password and add the security questions and keep it in your mind for next logins.
  • Take print out of security question, answer and the change password.
  • Follow the instruction available on the screen and proceed the admission step by step.
  • After entering the examination seat number of Maharashtra state SSC board, the personnel details will be filled automatically in the relevant fields.
  • Candidates who passed the examination in the previous year or those who are from others Board (rather than Maharashtra)  need to fill the information by themselves.
  • All the students from Nagpur area of Maharashtra State Board, must get approved their part- I admission form from the respective school for the information such as (Applicant’s name, mother’s name, DOB, Caste category, constitutional or special reservation etc).
  • Students outside Nagpur area of Maharashtra State Board as well as other than this board must get approved their application form at the guidance center.
  • Only this approval, students are eligible to fill part-2 (colleges preferences).
  • Click on the CONFORM” button and get your admission form confirmed.
  • Applicants with any grievance or correction in data should get the form and document approved from school.
  • Applicants claiming any constitutional and or special reservation including open category student should get the form and documents approved from the school.
  • After completing all the information in part -1, students need to click on the confirm button.
  • Get your confirmed form approved by the school principal or guidance center.
  • Take the print out of the approved form and preserve it carefully.

Note: Without approval form will be in “PENDING STATUS”  and these incomplete forms will not be considered for the admission process, further, the students should note that even part-2 of the form i.e. college preferences will not available for pending status forms, students are advised to check MY STATUS after completing the form for approval.

  • Part-2 of the form will be available only after providing APPROVED in MY STATUS.
  • Once part-2 is opened, SSC board students can see their 5 best marks of SSC, besides the regular students of SSC board, it is compulsory for all other students to fill their 10th class marks.

Note: Repeaters previously passed and other board students should fill their marks and get approval to marks filled from school principals or guidance centers.

  • After filling the marks, select a stream and submit your form. Then the list of all colleges showing aided, unaided, medium wise colleges will be available. Note: While filling the preferences, the candidate must carefully, consider his/ her percentage of marks, last years cut-off marks of the school / college, aided / unaided, fees, medium available subjects, the distance between school /college and your residence and timing of school/ college chosen and available transport facilities.
  • As per candidate opinion, he/ she must give the minimum One and Maximum Ten preferences and arrange the selected college code preferences to fill the form and get print-out of the part-1 and part-2.
  • As per the schedule the merit list and the method of the admission process will be declared.

FYJC First Merit List (Mumbai) || FYJC Admissions Schedule

Eligibility for FYJC Nagpur Admissions

  • The student must have passed the SSC or equivalent exam with English as one of the main subjects.
  • If the student wants to opt bi-focal subjects, then Mathematics must be one of the main subjects.
  • For admission in science (FYJC Nagpur ) candidate must pass class 10 with science, minimum 35%.
  • Reserved category candidates need to have caste certificate against reservation claimed.
  • If candidate applying for special reservation such as sports, art and culture, wards of employee of state govt or central govt or private sector coming in the PMC and PCMC on or after October 1st, 2017 wards of servicemen and ex-servicemen, wards of freedom fighter, handicapped, project affected, earthquake-affected then the candidate must have the original documents.

Admission Management, Minority and in house quota

This will be done by the respective higher secondary school/ junior college but through the online process, for which candidate need to fill Part I and Part II of the centralized admission application.

Admission to Bifocal Subjects

In this 25% of seats will be reserved out of total admission for candidate passing class 10th with the technical subject (V1, V2, V3) and NSQF/ RMSA’s technical education. These admissions will be done as per reservation and merit and rest 75% admission will be done as per rule in force.

Student Selecting Level 3 Subjects of National Skill Qualification Framework Based On Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan

Under this candidate are eligible to apply for centralized admission process for Arts, science and commerce stream. But, students can take Level 3 vocational subject from the same school where he was completed level 2 or any junior college or Higher secondary school where level 3 is available and taught, this can be availed to concerned students.

ATKT

ATKT will be applicable to the students of Maharashtra State Board only. Candidate must appear in all subject in one attempt and fail in two subjects in March/ July 2019 examination.
