Sainik School Admission Eligibility Criteria
Parents are advised to re-check the eligibility of their child for admission in Class 6th/ 9th before filling the admission form. The Sainik School Eligibility Criteria is as follows:
- Students seeking admission in Class 6th need to have 10-12 years as on 31st March and have cleared Class 5th in the previous academic year.
- The candidate seeking admission in Class 9th can have 13-15 years and have cleared Class 8th in the previous academic year.

AISSEE Exam Pattern 2024
The Sainik School Chittorgarh Entrance Exam Pattern will consist of three part for Class 6th students and four parts for Class 9th students. The medium of the examination will be Hindi and English for both Class 6th & Class 9th students. The minimum qualifying marks vary as per the category to which the student belongs as follows:
- General/ Defence Category: The boy should score at least 25% marks in each section and 40% aggregate marks.
- SC/ ST Category: There is no minimum qualifying marks but only inter-sec-merit which is relative merit among competing SC/ ST boys against vacant seats.
The boys who qualify and are high in merit will be called for an Interview and Medical Examination at a later date. The number of selected candidates depends on the number of vacant seats.
