Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) is an educational organization of Government of Uttarakhand. It has responsibilities such as conducting examinations, prescribing courses, printing text books etc. At present more than 10,000 schools are affiliated by the Board. The Board has set up over 1300 examination centres for more than 3 lakh candidates.

UBSE Establishment: The Board of Secondary Education, Uttarakhand was established on 11th December 2008 to develop and regulate education in the State. Board’s head-quarter is located at Ramnagar (Nainital), Uttarakhand.
